Terms
In force from 20 September 2026
10xvid is run by Core Habits, MB. These are the terms you agree to when you create an account or buy a plan. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.
What we do
You give us a link to your app or shop. We research it, write a strategy, build a blueprint for each ad, and produce vertical video ads from your own screens and your own claims. You get finished MP4 files.
Every ad passes a quality gate before it reaches you. An ad that fails the gate does not count against your monthly allowance. We would rather build it again than send you something weak.
We do not run your ads for you, we do not manage your ad accounts, and we do not promise a result in the market. Nobody honest can. What we promise is the work: the research, the strategy, the ads, and the gate.
Your account
- One account belongs to one person or one company. Keep your password to yourself.
- Tell us quickly if you think somebody else is using your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and if you are buying for a company you must be allowed to.
- We can close an account that is used to break these terms or the law. We will tell you why.
Plans and payment
Plans are Solo, Studio and Growth, at the prices shown on the pricing page. You pay monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and a valid EU VAT number is handled as a reverse charge.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your allowance is per calendar month and does not roll over.
- Extra ads beyond your allowance are charged at the rate your plan states.
- A yearly plan is paid once for twelve months, at the yearly price.
- We may change prices. A subscription that is already running keeps its price until its next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price.
Stopping
You can cancel at any time. You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period you paid for, and it is not renewed after that. There is no notice period and nothing to phone about.
If the work is not what we promised, tell us within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full. After that we do not refund part of a period that has already started, because the work in it has already been done.
If you are a consumer in the EU rather than a business, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. By asking us to start work straight away you agree that we begin inside that period, and that the right ends once the work is delivered.
What you own, and what we own
The finished ads are yours. Once they are delivered and paid for you own them outright, and you may use them anywhere, for as long as you like, without paying us again.
What you give us stays yours: your screens, your logo, your text, your footage. You give us permission to use them to make your ads, and to show finished work as an example of what we do, unless you tell us not to.
10xvid itself stays ours: the software, the engine, the format library, the way the system works. A plan buys the output, not the machine.
You promise that what you give us is yours to give, and that the claims in it are true. We refuse to put a claim in an ad when we cannot see the evidence for it. That is not us being difficult. It is what keeps your ads out of trouble with app stores and ad platforms.
When things go wrong
We work hard to keep 10xvid running, but we do not promise it is never down. If something is broken for a meaningful stretch, tell us and we will make it right, usually with time added to your plan.
As far as the law allows, what we owe you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in those twelve months, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. If you do not like the change, cancel before it takes effect and we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live.
